Thank you to purchase a subscription of insMind membership service. If you weren’t satisfied with our service, you could ask for a refund by the following refund policy.

Refund Eligibility:  You have paid for insMind's membership service. And You must apply to us for a refund within the effective period of the membership service.


Refund steps:

Step 1. You shall contact us through insMind’s online customer or via our customer service email ,which is support@insmind.com.

Step 2. And you provide us with your order number and order details. 

Step 3. After your refund requirement was approved, we will convert the refund amount for you according to the remaining validity period of your membership interests.

Note: If your refund application is approved, the day that your refund was approved would be the due date of your membership service.

Step 4. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 15 working-days after we pass your refund application.

Step 5. Please pay attention to verify your refund.
